Recycling for a cause.
Sustainability doesn’t end with the structure—it’s something we live and breathe throughout every stage of the building process. That includes how we manage waste on our job sites.
To help reduce landfill and promote responsible recycling, we’ve implemented a can and bottle collection system across all of our sites. Dedicated bins make it easy for our team and trades to dispose of recyclable drink containers the right way. But it doesn’t stop there.
Through the Recycle Rewards scheme, every eligible item is returned and recycled, with 100% of the proceeds donated to local charities. Each quarter, our team nominates and votes on causes that matter to them—ensuring the impact stays close to home and supports those who need it most.
This initiative reflects our belief that meaningful change often starts with small, everyday actions. It’s one of the many ways we embed sustainability into our culture—not just in how we build, but in how we show up for our community.
